WARNING: The application process must be completed in one

electronic form at a later time. Please gather all of the information
you need to complete the application in one session before beginning.
You must have the information listed below ready to cut and paste into
the appropriate sections of the online application before you begin.
1. Names of the award(s) and scholarship(s) that you are applying for.

A "CV" or resume in the correct format as per
our Resume Guidelines.
3.
Career goals summary – no more than 500 words - refer to guidelines for
Career Goals
Summary Instructions.
4.
If you are submitting for a Research Award refer to
Research
Proposal Instructions.
5.
Once you have completed and submitted the application, you will be
required to make a payment for the administration fee by credit card
only. Please have your credit card ready.
6.
Please note that all transcripts and letters of reference must be
received by the closing date for your application to be considered.

7.
The closing date for 2008 Awards & Scholarships Applications is Friday,
February 29th, 2008 at 4:30pm EST and you will no longer be able to
access the online application form after that time.
8.
You will be contacted by the RNFOO office staff if items are missing
from your application - there is no need for you to call to check.
