Gala Table Guest Registration Instructions

In order to manage the guest list for your table, you need to be logged in. User names and passwords were sent by e-mail to individuals who purchased tables.  If you have lost your information, contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
  1. When you log in you will be taken to GUEST LIST MANAGEMENT.
  2. You will see the listing for your table(s). Click on the pencil to enter EDIT mode.
  3. The list for guests will show on the left side of your screen (Please note the add guest has been disabled):
    1. Again use the pencil to the right of the name to enter each guests' information. YOU MUST PROVIDE EACH ATTENDEE'S EMAIL ADDRESS. Without this information guests will not be able to enter the Virtual Gala. 
    2. When you have entered your information click SAVE
    3. Even though you have already "saved", YOU MUST click COMPLETE GROUP in order to save all the names you have put in. It will take you to a billing screen.
    4. From the billing screen you must click NEXT to proceed. This will take you to your cart. 
    5. Even thought the "event" is free please click CHECKOUT. This will insure that your information has been saved, and you will see the succesful edit message in blue.
