- Using the menu bar at the top of the page, go to GALA and select MANAGE GUEST LIST (bottom option).
- You will see the listing for your event registration. Click on the yellow pencil to enter EDIT mode.
- Click on the green EDIT YOUR GROUP
While in the group edit mode:
- Again use the yellow pencil to open a record to edit it.
- When you have made your change click SAVE. The system will take you back to the guest list.
- Continue following this process until all information available has been added.
When you have entered all available information:
- Even though you are not changing any billing information, YOU MUST click the green EDIT YOUR BILLING INFORMATION box in order to save all the names you have put in.
- Click NEXT STEP which will bring up your edited list, and
- Then click NEXT STEP AGAIN – this time that box is located at the BOTTOM of your guest list. When you have clicked that box, your information will be saved, and you will be taken back to your event listing.
