While membership in the PCNIG special interest group is not required, it is preferred. If you are a member, upload your proof of membership. You can download a copy of your receipt from RNAO. Anyone who is not a member and wins this award will have membership fees deducted from their award.

Support for attending a conference covers events taking place within the 2025 calendar year. If the event took place between January and June 2nd, proof of attendance should be uploaded now. If the conference is to take place between June 3rd and December 31, proof of attendance must be submitted to info@rnfoo.org within 30 days of the end of the conference. Funds will not be released until proof of attendance has been provided.

Eligible expenses include conference registration, accommodation, and travel (least expensive travel option). Expenses must be collected into one document and uploaded here. If conference expenses have already been paid, receipts should be uploaded now. If the event is taking place later, receipts must be submitted to info@rnfoo.org within 30 days of the end of the conference. Funds will not be released until receipts have been provided.
