Award Description

To support a nurse (RN or RPN) who is enrolled in education at the baccalaureate or graduate level. Applicants must show that their career path is dedicated to the principles of the H.O.P.E. Model® (Home, Opportunity, People, Empowerment) in Community Nursing.
