Brittney Korman is a student in the Practical Nursing Program at Fanshawe College. She is committed to the nursing profession and creating a positive impact in her community. Since the pandemic, Brittney has been working as a Paramedic. Through her nursing studies, Brittney is developing her skills and knowledge so that she can provide excellent patient care.
Since being diagnosed as a Type 1 diabetic in July of 2022, it is her mission to break stigmas and barriers for those living with diabetes. Her goal is to be a Diabetes Educator (RN), inspiring resiliency and strength in others impacted by diabetes.
