Amy Horton is a dedicated nursing educator and practitioner with over a decade of experience at Western University’s School of Nursing. As Associate Director of Undergraduate BScN Programs, she has led curriculum innovation and clinical placement reform in both of the School’s BScN programs. As a Nurse Practitioner, Amy works in Public Health specializing in Sexual Health Care using a lens of health equity and social justice. Amy’s scholarly contributions span peer-reviewed publications and national conference presentations, with a focus on nursing education and clinical practice. She is committed to advancing nursing through leadership, mentorship, and community engagement.
