Alexis Smith, Dorothy Monteith Scholarship

Alexis Smith is currently an MScN candidate at Western University, pursuing studies in the Leadership in Health Services Delivery stream. Her research interests include leadership, nursing work environments, and health policy. Alexis plans to continue on to PhD studies upon completion of her MScN, focusing her future research and studies on policy, and leadership in the home care sector. She is currently working as an RN in the Complex Care program at St. Joseph's Healthcare London. Alexis is an avid golfer, enjoys cooking, and is a dog lover.
