Cindy Lu is in her final year in the 2nd entry Nursing Program at York University.

Her work as a military medic inspired her to pursue a BScN. She is an avid volunteer at West Park Healthcare Centre and developed a keen interest in quality improvement after collaborating with Health Quality Ontario at Sick Kids. In the future, Cindy hopes to pursue a diverse nursing career in primary care and policy, particularly focusing on humanitarian aid and global health issues.
