Debra is a PN student at Canadore College. This follows her previous experience as a PSW. She found being a PSW to be very rewarding but is looking to have a voice that is capable of influence where required. She decided to pursue her practical nursing designation which she will complete in the spring of 2024, and from there bridge to the BScN program, for which she has already received a placement. Her hopes as she moves along this path, are to impact and create positive change for her patients and fellow nurses alike. She is grateful to have received the RNFOO Tribute award and is looking forward to her nursing career where her goal is to do great things for patients and fellow nurses.
