Nadia Berruti is a Conestoga College RPN student finishing her 2nd year. After 18 years as a Certified Orthodontic Dental Assistant, Nadia became a PSW. Following 5 years in private homecare, she received her Enhanced PSW Certificate in Palliative Care. She has volunteered as a Strong Start support at her children’s school, was part of a community reach food program to assist those marginalized/homeless, and has volunteered with seniors who were living alone as a care partner.

Nadia will write the CPNRE in June and hopes to continue her career on the surgical floor. One of Nadia’s long-term goals is to volunteer with Operation Smile assisting a team of doctors/surgeons who bring smiles to those affected with cleft lip and palates.
