Piraveena Sivapatham is in her final year of the second-entry BScN program at the University of Toronto; her previous degree is in Life Sciences from McMaster University.

From her first geriatric and medicine placements in first year to working under a Geriatric Emergency Management (GEM) Nurse in her final year, Piraveena has been committed to and passionate about providing care to geriatric patients. She hopes to work with the geriatric population in acute care and in the community settings. She also hopes to pursue graduate studies in the future on geriatrics and geriatric psychiatry.
