Saqiya Kauser was born and brought up in Kuwait. From an early age she proved to be an extraordinary performer both in academics, and in extracurricular activities. She went through difficult times during the 1990 Gulf War and her time spent in Bangladesh. She witnessed the importance of a dedicated healthcare worker in these challenging environments and decided to become one in the future. After successfully accomplishing a fresh start by immigrating to Canada and raising her family, she is now back to school to achieve her goals and fulfill her dreams.
