Shawna McIntyre is an MN studentat Ryerson University.

Since completing her BScN (with honors) in 2012 from UofT, Shawna has participated in numerous quality improvement initiatives and has taken on leadership roles. During the last five years as a cardiovascular nurse Shawna has been a preceptor to undergraduate nursing students, charge nurse, research associate and has participated in many projects and committees to advance the nursing profession and improve patient care. Shawna plans to continue improving patient outcomes in advanced leadership roles and is very grateful for the support of the RNFOO in achieving her goals.
