Service Providers: As necessary, RNFOO may share your information with our service providers who provide us with support services, such as collecting donation information, processing credit card payments, and other electronic payments, email delivery, website hosting, and analytics services. These service providers are provided only the information needed to perform their specific function and are prohibited from using this information for any other purposes.

Posting on Our Websites/Social Media Platforms: If you post information on our social media platform(s) or website, the information you post may be seen by other visitors, including your user name and post.

Protecting Lawful Interests: RNFOO may share your information if disclosure is required by law and is necessary to enforce our agreements or policies, or the disclosure will help us protect the rights, property or safety of RNFOO, its donors or our partners.

RNFOO makes reasonable efforts to ensure that any personal information you provide is maintained in a secure environment. While we strive to protect your personal information, RNFOO cannot warrant the security of any personal information you transmit to us or from our on-line services, and you do so at your own risk.

Our software is routinely updated to maximize protection of such information.

Collection And Use Of Non-Personal Information

When you visit our website at www.rnfoo.ca, we may collect non-personally identifying information from you. We collect and use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, anonymously track users’ movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information.

Use By Minors

RNFOO does not intend for online services or its website to be used by anyone under the age of majority.
