Susan Bookey-Bassett is a full-time PhD student at McMaster University. She has worked in a variety of nursing roles including staff nurse, educator, manager, project consultant and research coordinator in hospitals, academic institutions, and the RNAO. Sue teaches at McMaster and works on research projects in the Aging Community & Health Research Unit. Her dissertation research includes developing, implementing and evaluating the impact of an inter-professional education intervention on interprofessional collaboration for community-based stroke rehabilitation teams caring for older adults with multiple chronic conditions in home care settings.
