Crystal Bignell is a third year in the BScN program at UOIT. As current president of the Nursing Student Community, a campus club, she has been involved in mentorship, as well as policy and program development. Working with the RNAO, she helps to provide professional development opportunities for nursing students on campus. Crystal also works to support her peers as a tutor in the campus nursing laboratory. Crystal’s passion for health promotion, clinical excellence, and policy development will support her pursuit of a career in maternal-child nursing.
