Holly Smither is an RPN in the Centennial College/Ryerson University post-diploma BScN Program, and a Professional Practice Project Coordinator at the RPNAO. An honour-roll graduate of Practical Nursing Program (2011), Holly earned RPNAO’s Student Excellence in Leadership Award. Holly recently participated in CPNRE Blueprint and Competency update. Currently Holly is a committee member for CARE’s Workplace Transition Program for IENs and for CASN’s Nursing Workplace Readiness project and she is a social media guru.
